How your freshness work?
We work with pre-order only and cut our week every Friday 12AM for next week delivery.
Usually our shipment come from the farm once a week by air, next day after harvest and from 1 to 3 days to be in your hands. So basically, you will be receiving a fruit or leaf with less than 5 days of harvest.
Are your products processed?
Our pounds packages are for the SourSop (Guanabanas) as fruit with a few days of harvest. No GMO, No Pesticides, No Herbicides, it’s fresh fruit only. That’s why we work with pre-order only, what you will receive, it will be what we had received with 1 or 2 days after harvest.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Brooklyn, New York serving not only the city of New York but also the nation via our affiliation with USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL, making our delivery possible from 1 to 3 days in any address of the entire USA.
How will be the fruit when I received it?
Because we do a pre-order only, we hand select green fruits to send it out to our clients through our affiliate shipping partners so the fruit should be arriving beginning to mature or mature in most of the cases. You can rarely get unripe and green one because of the transit time, it will be ready to eat. When the fruit is unripe,please keep out of the cooler.
How many fruits it will come in the box?
The average weight of the fruits is between 1 to 3 pounds, in some cases we have larger sizes, such as 4 or 5 pounds. Then, for example, the presentation of 5 pounds may contain 3 fruits or 1 larger fruit. At the end it is by weight and there is not specific quantity of units.
Any warranty?
OF Course, YES!
All our fruits and leaf are 100% organic certified and are very well inspected by our CQ team who make sure the fruit or leaf accomplish the top standard before shipping the items out our facilities. And as always, things can occur, if so, for any circumstances you receive a bad quality, please make sure to notify us immediately sending us pictures to claims@greenjsproduce.com because of perishable not later than the day after of receiving date and we’ll take care of you immediately.

Why SourSop fruit and leaf it’s so difficult to find here in the USA?
It is a privilege get this fruit in USA due the perishable and delicate condition of the fruit but also the strict secure and control the government have over this fruits and leaf who allow only 1 country in all the entire world to bring it in the states.
